Retinal Imaging

A new, sophisticated computerized instrument now allows us to take high resolution digital images of the back of your eye, the retina.  These images assist the doctor in establishing a baseline, early detection, and monitoring of many eye disorders, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and many other eye conditions.  The images can be compared with images in the future, allowing us to observe even the smallest amount of change in your eyes.   Choose retinal imaging at your next appointment!
