Dr. Janik Roy, O.D.

Dr. Roy, a southern native, has practiced in Wake Forest and the surrounding area for almost 20 years.  She did her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech and received her doctorate from the top-ranked Ohio State University College of Optometry.  During her professional training, she did an ocular disease rotation at the VA Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society.  

Throughout her career, Dr. Roy has been a member of the American Optometric Association, as well as, the North Carolina Optometric Society.  Dr. Roy volunteers her time performing vision screenings at various local elementary schools and for the Lions Club.

Dr. Roy is married and has two daughters.  She enjoys family time, gardening, yoga and cooking.
